Action modes used: Slider 5 Energy Minimum
Areas treated: 6 points of face.

Comments on device: Treatment time takes longer with the slider version than with the modific. 2 points did not reach full dose after 10 minutes.

#11 11/02

Action modes used: COSMODIC and Slider 5 Energy Minimum
Areas treated: 6 points of face
Change of the patient’s condition during and after session: skin getting softer, only one hard knot from the suturing remains hard.
Comments on device: I initially placed the device in Cosmodic mode and the patient asked me if I had gone back to the original device (Modific) then changed the setting to slider 5.
#12 11/14
Time of action during session: 45:23
Action modes used: Slider 5
Areas treated: 6 points of face.
Change of the patient’s condition during and after session: Marked improvement in softness and color, softer tissue and color becoming less red and starting to blend in with the surrounding skin.
Comments on device: Treatment time seems to be longer, some areas will simply not dose after 10 minutes but body changes occur faster.
Total number of sessions: 12 so far, we are not yet done with treatment.
Comments: When using the Slider instrument, healing seems to take place at a very fast rate. It is difficult to tell if it is the Slider action alone or the cumulative healing occurring from the previous sessions.
Total time of treatment (days, weeks): Not completed yet
Comments on the new device working: The patient can definitely tell the difference between the Modific and Slider instruments
