Report on SCENAR-COSMODIC EX735Ag Modific (Slider)

Patient: male, 48 yrs. Complaints: pulling and nagging pains in the perineum, recurrent pains in the abdomen.

Past medical history: gonorrhea, trichomoniasis and some other sexually transmitted infection 15–20 years ago. The patient began to experience pains in the perineum 6 years ago. At first the pains were slight, but after 2 years they became exhausting and started to irradiate into testicles. The patient consulted an urologist and had been examined. Swab from urethra revealed high leukocytosis, but no other changes in the genital system. The patient was diagnosed with prostatitis, posterior urethritis. He has had a course of treatment with antibiotics during 4 months, with no improvement.

Obvious issues: medium height, normal build. Tenderness to palpation in the epigastric region, along duodenum.

Treatment:

We treated projection of the sacrum and epigastric region for 2–4 minutes in Scenar-Cosmodic Slider10 mode. Treated scrotum in Scenar mode for 3–5 minutes, perineum — in Scenar-Cosmodic Slider 5 mode for 3–5 minutes using remote electrode.

During the first three sessions the pain in the epigatstric region reduced significantly right after treatment, but came back in full next day. Pain in the perineum reduced a little right after treatment but came back 15 minutes later. After the fourth session, the pain in the perineum for the first time reduced by 50% and came back only after 3 hours. Pain in the epigastric region became less acute, the patient had diarrhea for 3 days. After diarrhea stopped, only slight pain remained in the epigastric region.

During the next 5 sessions the situation did not change. During the 10th session the pain in the perineum reduced by 80%. After the 12th the patient’s condition is stable. Pain in the perineum is felt as 20% from the original one, pain in the epigastric region is not detected. The patient is now having a break for 30 days.
