Pensioner, lives in the city.
Presented condition, complaints: pains in the region of the right shoulder. Pains are more expressed in the morning, after waking up. Restriction of joint movement.
Past medical history: considers herself a sick woman for the last 2 years. Notes gradual increase of the symptoms of a disease. She saw different doctors.
Diagnose: osteoarthrosis of the right shoulder joint. Received several different treatment courses. Did not see essential positive dynamics.

Treatment
Time of action during session: 30-40 min
