Broken ankle - treatment complete

Emma, female, 70 yrs plus
Emma fell and fractured her ankle in 2 places. After X-ray confirmed a double fracture, her swelling was too great to plaster. She was sent home and instructed to return in 6 days to try again.

Her SCENAR sessions commenced 24 hours later, she had twice daily treatments for 6 days. On the 6th day her X-ray showed no breaks at all. A Tubigrip was administered and she was told to go home with no further instructions.

Her SCENAR treatment continued until the 14th day on an ad-hoc basis, as peripheral damage to surrounding areas needed completion.
